1. Overview of "Embody to Rise" Membership

1.1. The Embody to Rise monthly membership is an educational and coaching focused program that is designed to support participants in developing greater self-knowledge, learning about relaxation strategies, embodiment practices, spirituality and meditation.

1.2. This service provides coaching for people who are functioning well in daily life and are seeking personal growth to expand their enjoyment and fulfillment in life;

1.3. This service is not suitable for people who have difficulties functioning in daily life, and/or who have moderate to severe mental health issues, as indicated in the DSM-V;

1.4. The Embody to Rise Membership may be suitable for people who may be affected by issues including, but not limited to: low self-esteem, lacking joy and connection, seeking more fulfillment and meaning, feeling confused about life direction and purpose and not valuing their uniqueness.

2. Structure of “Embody to Rise” Membership

2.1. The Embody to Rise membership consists of a monthly online class that is conducted over Zoom and recorded. The duration of each class is 90 minutes. Subscription to the membership is made by recurring monthly payments that may be cancelled and recommenced within flexible timeframes.

2.2. The participant is encouraged to undertake practice outside of the sessions using the tools and strategies that are suggested in the educational content;

2.3. Recordings of each class will be made available to participants of the program each month, the day after the Zoom session is completed.

3. Relationship with Tricia Woods’ psychology services

3.1. Tricia Woods Coaching is operated by Tricia Woods. Tricia Woods is a registered psychologist;

3.2. While Ms Woods is a registered psychologist, the Embody to Rise membership is not a psychology service;

3.3. By consenting to participate in the Embody to Rise membership, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a coaching program and are not receiving psychological services from Tricia Woods;

3.4. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, psychology clients of Ms Woods currently attending regular appointments are in the majority of cases, not permitted to join the Embody to Rise membership. Certain exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Tricia Woods.

3.5. If in the course of participating in the Embody to Rise membership, issues arise which in Ms Woods’ professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician;

3.6. Ms Woods may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in the Embody to Rise membership if Ms Woods considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in the Embody to Rise membership on this basis, a partial or full refund of the participant’s current monthly fee may be provided.

4. Your expectations of us

4.1. We will always be professional. We will show up on time, we will respect you, and we will maintain boundaries. If we cannot meet you at the scheduled time, we will give you advance notice;

4.2. We will maintain confidentiality at the highest levels. You can rely on us to never disclose any personal information to a third party, unless otherwise agreed prior to this. The only circumstance when this would not apply, is if we legally must provide your information to someone else – for example, if you were in serious danger of hurting yourself or someone else;

4.3. Tricia Woods is your coach – not your psychologist. This is not therapy. If we establish that psychological treatment is required at any point, it will be discussed, and we may suspend coaching if this is determined to be the best pathway forward.

5. Our expectations of you

5.1. To show courtesy and be respectful of our time and effort;

5.2. To be in communication and raise any questions you have directly with us;

5.3. To fully participate and receive the content and coaching within your best capacity;

5.4. To have a quiet, private space, where you will not be interrupted, to attend our program sessions. This is to ensure that you will be free to speak and focus on the session to get the most out of the experience;

5.5. To ensure that you have all the equipment and internet connection you need so that these sessions can run smoothly and within time.

6. Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

6.1. As part of your participation in the Embody to Rise membership, Tricia Woods Coaching needs to collect and record information from you;

6.2. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website, which we request you read and acknowledge your understanding of, prior to agreeing to these conditions.

7. Technology Requirements

7.1. The Embody to Rise membership is provided online through email communication and by videoconferencing in Zoom. You are responsible for costs associated with setting up the technology that is needed, so that you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops;

7.2. To access the Embody to Rise membership content, you will need access to a laptop/computer/phone with video camera, speakers, microphone, and be in a private room and a quiet space;

7.3. The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

8. Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property

8.1. The Embody to Rise membership, website, and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of Tricia Woods;

8.2. The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from the website or the Embody to Rise membership is prohibited.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

9.1. Tricia Woods Coaching will grant a refund of the monthly subscription fee paid by any participant, within 72 hours of the participant’s subscription payment to the Embody to Rise membership.

9.2. After this time, full or partial refund of the subscription payment will be granted at the discretion of Tricia Woods Coaching, and ordinarily only in circumstances where a participant’s registration is terminated by Tricia Woods Coaching in accordance with the terms of Part 3.

10. Consent to participation in the Embody to Rise Membership

10.1. I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about Embody to Rise membership and I acknowledge the following:

10.1.1. Tricia Woods Coaching is a coaching service. Although the Embody to Rise membership is run by Tricia Woods who is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in the membership;

10.1.4. I have read and understood the Tricia Woods Coaching Privacy Policy.
